OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN EXTERIOR DECK FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL COMMERCIAL
BUILDING IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows:
1. The proposed structure is appropriate in scale and materials to
the site's semi -urban setting.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and A-2 of Application
ASAC 51,730.1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
