Box 37, Davis, CA. 95617-0037 LOCATION: 21617 Stevens Creek Blvd. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows: 1. The proposed structure is appropriate in scale and materials to the site's semi -urban setting. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
