OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
THE DESIGN AND MATERIALS FOR A RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISION SOUND WALL.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows:
1. The proposed sound wall design is consistent with direction
specified by the City Council for 21 -TM -86 as stated in Condition
19 of the City Clerk's Letter of February 17, 1987.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conmiittee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A-2 of Application 21 -TM -87.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
