RESOLUTION NO. 1301
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNIITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A
MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM TO PERMIT
A THIRD GROUND SIGN
APPLICANT/DEVELOPER: Southbay/Copley

PROJECT LOCATION: 1601 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road
FINDINGS:
1. The proposed ground sign has a low profile configuration and will be
unobtrusive when viewed from the street.
2. As the AAA logo is well recognized, the proposed ground sign will
assist the public in locating the facility, consistent with the intent
of the Sign Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-i of Application ASAC
51,729.1 except as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
