OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
3000 SQ. FT. ADDITION TO AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL
BUILDING

PROJECT LOCATION: East side of Blaney Avenue
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1. The proposed addition is consistent with the General Plan and
applicable City zoning ordinances.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-2, A-3, B -1, B-2 and B-3 of
Application ASAC 51,728.1.
10) The applicant shall provide a minimum of one parking space per 285
sq. ft. of gross building area.
11) The site plan shall be modified to provide a minimum of 12 feet of
landscaping from property line. The northerly driveway shall be
reduced to the minimum industrial driveway width required by the
Public Works Department. The abandoned driveway area shall be
included within the landscape planter. The intent of the
landscaping is to screen the building and the parked cars. The
proposed landscape solution shall be approved by staff prior to
issuance of building permits for the addition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
