WHEREAS, Rebert, Ilda, Oreste and Gladys Allario have executed a Grant
of Easement For Public utility ~ses which is in good and sufficient
form, conveying to the city of CJpertino, Coonty of santa Clara, state of
California, "'<I"""""nt over certain real property for pmlic utility
purposes, situate in the city of CJpertino, mre particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of CJpertino,
Coonty of santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0140 acre located on DeAnza Boulevard.

grant so terxiered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of Californis described ss follows:
That portion of that tract of land conveyed to Oreste AIlsrio and Gladys
Ma~ian Allario, Trustee(s) under Revocable Trust Agreement dated November 13,
1974, as amended, recorded in Book 8755 Official Records, at page 300, Santa
Clara County Records lying easterly of a line parallel with and distant westerly
63.00 feet measured at right angles from the monumented centerline of De Anza
Boulevard; as shown on the attached plat which ia by this reference made a
part hereof.
Containing 0.0140 acres, more or less.
Together with a twenty-five foot (25') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility essement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which is by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.1365 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
