OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING ADDITIONAL
TENANT DISPLAY SPACE ON AN EXISTING GROUND
SIGN FOR A RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows:
1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the intent of
provisions for commercial signage as specified in Ordinance No.
746.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of Application
ASAC 51,674.11 except as may be modified herein.
10) Upon change in any tenant panel for a tenant not identified on
Exhibit F -1, the property owner shall reduce the area of the
ground sign to 75 square feet. The proposed modifications shall
be approved by ASAC prior to construction. The property owner
shall submit a letter to staff agreeing to this condition prior
to installation of the new tenant panels.
11) The sign shall be modified to include the street address on the
base of the sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
