HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1293ASAC 9-U-83 Amended RESOLUTION NO. 1293 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL SITE, ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING PLANS FOR THE ANGLED DETACHED HOMES, THE "5000" HOMES, AND FOR RECREATION FACILITIES FOR THE SEVEN SPRINGS RANCH PROJECT APPLICANT: Gregory Group, Inc. PROPERTY OWNER: Gregory Group, Inc. APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 220 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite C Redwood City, CA 94065 PROJECT LOCATION: South East Corner of Rainbow Drive and Upland Way The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The plans as conditioned are consistent with the approved use permit plans. CONDITIONS: 8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-5, B-4 1st Rev., B-5 1st Rev., B-6, B-7, B-8, B-9, Info 4 1st Rev., Info 5 1st Rev, Info 6 1st Rev., Info 7 1st Rev., Info 8 1st Rev., Info 9 1st Rev., Info 10 1st Rev., Info 12, L-1 1st Rev., and Staff Exhibit of Application 9-U-83 (Amended) except as may be amended by condition contained herein. 10) All notations on Exhibit A-5 pertaining to the proposed use of an existing house on the site shall be considered informational only and are not approved under this application. 11) Site, landscaping, and architectural plans for the angled lots and the 5000 lots shall substantially reflect the designs shown on the approved exhibits. Staff shall review building permit plans for each subsequent phase to ensure compliance. Discrepancies may be refered to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. 12) The maximum height of any residential structure shall be 26 feet above adjoining grade. 13) Building permit plans for the recreation and pond areas shall substantially reflect the design shown on Exhibit L-1 1st Rev. Staff shall review building permit plans to ensure compliance. Discrepancies may be refered to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee for resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 1293 JULY 13, 1987 PAGE -2- 14) The exterior colors of the homes shall comply with the approved color board on file at the Department of Planning. 15) Final landscape plans for the project shall be submitted to ASAC for informal review and approval.
