Danielson APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2 Annabel Lane, Suite 200 San Ramon, CA 94583 PROJECT LOCATION: 1699 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road I90i�Ii)iite: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed signs as conditioned comply with the intent of Ordinance 746 provisions pertaining to service stations. 2. Larger ground sign copy than allowed under Ordinance 746 is necessary to ensure readability and traffic safety, consistent with the intent of the Ordinance. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,721.1 except as amended by conditions contained herein. 10) The existing price readerboard display on the easterly pump island shall be removed prior to installation of the approved freestanding sign. 11) The maximum height of gasoline grade copy shall be 3 inches. The maximum height of gasoline price numerals shall be 12 inches. 12) The sign shall be modified to enclosed the plastic sign faces in brick.
