RESOLUTION NO. 1290
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN AWNING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL
BUILDING LOCATED IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE
APPLICANT: Cal -Neon Signs

PROJECT LOCATION: 1375 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The awning represents an attractive architectural addition.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This recommendation of approval is based upon the Staff Photograph
of Application 51,725.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
11) Awning lighting is approved under this application.
12) The awning shall comply with all Building Department requirements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
