RESOLUTION NO. 1289
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERI'INO APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING
WITHIN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE
APPLICANT: Cal -Neon Signs

PROJECT LOCATION: 1375 Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application as modified is consistent with the provisions of the
Sign Ordinance pertaining to commercial signage and window signage.
2. The interior wall sign shown on Exhibit F-1 constitutes a second wall
sign. Therefore, it is inconsistent with the guidelines of the Sign
Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibit F and Staff Photograph of
Application ASAC 51,725.1 except as may be modified by conditions
contained herein.
10) The interior wall sign on Exhibit F-1 is not approved and shall be
removed within 10 working days of the final decision on this
application.
11) All conditions contained within the City Council Action Letter dated
July 11, 1985 shall remain in effect.
12) The window neon signs on the south side of the building shall be
removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
