RESOLUTION NO. 1288
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A
TENANT NAME ON AN EXISTING GROUND SIGN FOR AN
OFFICE COMPLEX

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application as conditioned is consistent with the provisions of
Ordinance 746 pertaining to ground signage for multi -tenant complexes.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, B, F -1, and Staff Exhibit
of Application ASAC 51,723.1 except as amended by condition
enumerated herein.
10) The size of the tenant copy shall be reduced to 4 inches in height
with proportionate length as indicated approximately on the Staff
Exhibit; the separation of tenant copy and address message shall be
increased per staff approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
