RESOLUTION NO. 1287
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING USE
OF BLACK ON A TENANT WALL SIGN

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The use of black is consistent with the intent of Ordinance 746.
2. The individual elements of the sign message are consistent with the
sign program dimensional constraints. Stacking of the individual
components is necessary to accommodate an unusual architectural
feature.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of ASAC Application 51,720.1
except as amended by condition contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
