RESOLUTION NO. 1284
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A DEFINITIVE SITE, ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING
PLANS FOR A 3 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The plans fulfill the intent of the Conditions of Approval for
Application 8-Z-86.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and L-1
of Application 8-Z-86 except as may be amended by conditions
contained herein.
10) The concrete and brick inlay driveway pattern shall be extended out
to the sidewalk.
11) Trees shall be added to the planter area in front of Unit 1. The
intent of this condition is to soften the visual impacts of the new
condominium units.
12) The approved colors are off-white for the stucco siding and brown
for the doors and trim.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
