RESOLUTION NO. 1283
OF THE ARCH TECI'URAL AND SITE APPROVAL CON IITT'EE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING A GROUND SIGN FOR
AN INDIVIDUAL TENANT WITHIN AN EXISITING SHOPPING CENTER

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application is inconsistent with Sign Ordinance guidelines
relating to conmtercial district ground signage.
2. The proposed sign is inconsistent with the character of the existing
shopping center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
