OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING A SECOND TENANT
SIGN FOR A TENANT WITHIN THE VALLCO VILLAGE SHOPPING

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application conflicts with the commercial signage guidelines of
the Sign Ordinance pertaining to tenant wall signs.
2. No extraordinary circumstances exist which warrant approval of the
second tenant sign.
3. Approval of the application would create a condition of oversignage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
