RESOLUTION NO. 1280
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A GROUND SIGN
FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The size of the ground sign is consistent with the dimensional
criteria specified within the Cupertino Sign Ordinance.
2. The Committee believes that the number of tenant names is acceptable
given their limited size.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of Application ASAC
51,717.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) No lighting is shown on the exhibits. If lighting is desired in the
future, the applicant shall obtain the approval of the Planning
Department staff prior to issuance of permits for said lighting.
Staff has the option of referring the lighting to the Committee for
approval.
11) The ground sign shall have a maximum of 4 tenant names per side.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
