OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The design creates an attractive street fascade which will complement
the site and neighborhood.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, andB-1
of Application ASAC 51,712.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
