RESOLUTION NO. 1275
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A MODIFIED COLOR ARRANGEMENT FOR A COMMERCIAL/OFFICE
BUILDING LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PASADENA AVE.
AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application represents a rearrangement of the previously approved
colors.
2. The proposed color arrangement is more consistent with the surrounding
development than the previously approved colors.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit B-5 and staff
exhibit of Application 20-U-85.
11) The recessed buiding faces shall be painted Gray N38-2 as shown on
the staff exhibit. The awning shall be dark gray to match the roof
material.
11) All previous conditions of Use Permit 20-U-85 not relating to
exterior color arrangement shall apply. The approved colors are not
modified by this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
