RESOLUTION NO. 1273
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
APPROVING A GROUND SIGN FOR AN EXISTING RESTAURANT
LOCATED WITHIN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE.

LOCATION: 19930 Stevens Creek Boulevard
1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the intent of the
Sign Ordinance.
2. The sign will facilitate public convenience in locating the
business.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conmiittee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A -1, F-1, and F-2 of
Application ASAC 51,701.1 except as may be amended by conditions
herein.
10) The applicant shall complete the exterior painting of the
existing building prior to issuance of building permits for the
ground sign. The exterior colors shall be approved by the City.
11) The approved sign colors are as follows:
Copy - Black
Background - Mauve
Posts - To match building
12) The sign base shall be significatly reduced. Staff shall approve
the final base and sign design prior to issuance of building
permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1987, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
