RESOLUTION NO. 1271
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AWNINGS FOR A SECOND FLOOR DECK AT AN EXISTING
OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDING
APPLICANT: Tandem Computers
PROPERTY OWNER: Same
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10300 N. Tantau Ave., Cupertino, CA 95014
PROJECT LOCATION: 19333 Vallco Parkway
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application represents a minor architectural modification to an
existing building.
2. The proposal is consistent with the existing appearance of the
building
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-i, and
Info of Application ASAC 51,706.1.
10) The color of the awnings shall be royal blue
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
