HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1269ASAC 51,703.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1269 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Cupertino Chamber of Commerce APPLICANT ADDRESS: 21380 Stevens Creek Boulevard PROJECT LOCATION: North side of Silverado Avenue, approximately 225 east of De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The modification will upgrade the appearance of the building and site. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) This approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, L -1, and Info -1 of Application ASAC 51,703.1 except as may be amended herein. 10) A ribbed metal roof is approved. 11) The approved colors are as follows: Exterior walls: white Roof and window frames: blue Building Walkway gray PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1987 at a regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: MEMBERS: Miller and Interim Chairman Chapman NAYS: MEMBERS: ABSTAIN: MEMBERS: Nobel ABSENT: MEMBERS: Betty Mann and Patricia Jackson ATTEST: APPROVED: Robert Cowan Director of Planning Ronald Chapman, Interim Chairman Architectural & Site Apprvl.
