RESOLUTION NO. 1268
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
APPROVING A GROUND SIGN FOR AN EXISTING
SERVICE STATION.

LOCATION: 10550 De Anza Boulevard
FINDINGS:
1. The proposed sign is consistent with the provisions for service
station signs specified in Ordinance No. 746.
2. The height of the sign's base is necessary to achieve ample
visibility of the sign given the shrubs which adjoin the sign to
the south.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC
51,699.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated below.
10) All existing pole signs shall be removed prior to or concurrently
with issuance of building permits.
PASSED AND ADOPIED this 13th day of April, 1987, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
