PROPERTY OWNER: Arco Oil APPLICANT: Mc Kinley Service Enterprise APPLICANT ADDRESS: 5500 Shell Mound Street, #100 Emeryville, CA 94608 LOCATION: 1012 Foothill Boulevard irn)icec The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows: 1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the provisions for service station signs specified in Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Comnnittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of Application ASAC 51,700.1 except as may be modified herein. 10) The existing pole sign shall be removed prior to or concurrently with installation of the new ground sign. 11) All portable price signs shall be removed prior to issuance of building permit for the new ground sign.
