OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COM[v'IITTEE
APPROVING A GROUND SIGN FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE
BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The proposed sign is consistent with the Cupertino Sign Ordinance and with
the standards listed in Section 11 of the Monta Vista Design Guidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Coimnittee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC
51,696.1 except as may be amended herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1987, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
