PROPERTY OWNER: Gilbeau-Hulber & Associates APPLICANT: Gilbeau-Hulber & Assoicates APPLICANT ADDRESS: 1520 Parkmoor Avenue San Jose, CA 95128 LOCATION: 21771 Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: The proposed sign is consistent with the Cupertino Sign Ordinance and with the standards listed in Section 11 of the Monta Vista Design Guidelines. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Coimnittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,696.1 except as may be amended herein.
