OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follow with regard
to the subject application.
1. That the approved exhibits fulfill the intent of Condition 17 of
Planning Commission Resolution 2546.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-i, B -1,
and B-2 of Application ASAC 51,697.1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
