HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 1262APPLICATION 30-13-85 RESOLUTION NO. 1262 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE WEST SIDE AND MEDIAN OF THE FINCH AVENUE EXTENSION APPLICANT: MPA Design PROPERLY OWNER: Vallco Park, ltd APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 562 Mission Street, San Francisco 94105 PROJECT LOCATION: Finch Avenue extension, north of Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The design is consistent with the landscape theme of the Vallco Park area. 2. The landscape plan is aesthetically pleasing and will be an asset to the city. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Commmittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) APPROVED EXHIBITS The recormrrendation of approval is based on Exhibit L-1 of Application 30U-85, except as may be amended by the Conditions contained in this Resolution. 10) SCOPE OF APPROVAL Approval is limited to the west side and median strip of the Finch Avenue extension as shown on Exhibit L -l. Previous approvals and conditions upon the Marriott Hotel project (30U-85) shall remain in effect.
