OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN AMIINi1ENT TO 2 EXISTING SIGN PROGRAMS FOR A
SHOPPING CENTER WITHIN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE
APPLICANT: Cal Neon for Omalley's Florist
PROPERTY OWNER: Deke Hunter - Hunter Properties
APPLICANT'S ADDRES: 10527 De Anza Boulevard
PROJECT LOCATION: 10527 De Anza Boulevard and McClellan Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign program is consistent with the intent of Ordinance
746.
CONDITIONS:
1) The sign program contained witin Application ASAC 51,623.1 shall be
revised to include Green 506-0 as an approved color.
2) Condition 13 of ASAC Resolution 1237 is revised to include Green 506-0
as an approved color.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
