OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENYING THE ADDITION OF
A STORAGE SHED TO AN EXISTING RESTAURANT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The design and materials of the storage shed are highly unattractive.
2. The shed is incompatible with the design of the existing restaurant.
3. The shed is highly visible from Blaney Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of January, 1987 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Connnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
