DEVELOPER: PROPERTY OWNER: APPLICANT'S NAME: APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: PROJECT LOCATION: FINDINGS: Harman Management Harman Management Cal -Neon Signs 1577 Almaden Road San Jose, CA 95125 10520 South DeAnza Boulevard The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the dimensional criteria specified within Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 17.24 regarding signs for commercial establishments. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,686.1 10) The ground sign shall be modified to include the street address on both faces.
