ACCEPI'ING GRAN!' OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE RJRroSES FRCM
D. ruCK SHORE AND OOIDRES M. SHORE,
IDCATED ON SAN FELIPE ROAD;
OJNSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.018 ACRE
WHEREAS, D. Buck Shore and Dolores M. Shore have executed a Grant of
Easement For Water Line Purposes which is in good and sufficient form,
conveying to the city of CUpertino, Colmty of Santa Clara, state of
California, easement a<ler certain real property for water line purposes,
situate in the City of CUpertino, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit liB" , attached hereto and made a part hereof which is as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
approximately 0.018 acre located on San Felipe Road.
NCM, ~, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so ten:lered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
