RESOLUTION NO. 6930
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED ON REGNART ROAD AT BUBB ROAD TO THE WILLIAM DAY COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, that certain portion of the north side of Regnart Road at
Bubb Road, more particularly described in Exhibits "AIt and liB", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is not necessary for present or future roadway
purposes; and,
WHEREAS, said portion of the roadway was vacated by the City by way of
Resolution No. 6812, retaining it as a public service easement and public
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, abandoned street right-of-way normally reverts to the adjacent
property owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the quitclaim deed of real property to The
William Day Company, Inc., and the City Clerk shall give said document recorded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain portion more specifically
described in the aforementioned Exhibits "A" and "B" shall be retained as
a public utility easement and as a public service easement.

Sant~ Clara, State of Califcr~ia, described as follows:
Be_inning at a ~oint on a li~e parallel with and distant 30.00 feet
westerly measured at right angles to the centerline of Bubb Road (40
feet wide) at the intersection thereof with a line parallel with and
dist~nt 30.00 feet Northwesterly measured at right angles to the
centerline of Regnart Road (40 feet wide), as said centerline's are
shown on that certain Record of Survey filed for record in Book 159 of
Maps at Page 27, Sa~ta Clara County Records, said point also bei~g in
the Westerly line of that certain parcel of land described as Farce1 A
in the Deed from Helene Hughes ~adson to the City of Cupertino,
recorded January 24, 1966 in Book 7257 of Official Records at Page 724,
Santa Clara County Records; thence from said Point of Beginning along
said line parallel with the centerline of Bubb Road South 26.13 feet;
thence along a tange~t curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet,
through a central angle of 79 deg 28' 48", for an arch length of 27.74
feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence along a tangent curve to
the left with a radius of 150.00 feet, through a central angle of 24
de9 19' 12" for an arc length of 63.67 feet to a point of reverse
curvature; thence along a ta~ge~t curve to the right with a radius of
20.00 feet, through a central angle of 16 deg OS' 26" for an arc length
of 5.62 feet to a point in said line parallel with the centerline of
Regnart RoaJ (40 feet wide); thence along said parallel line N 46 deg
50' 41" ~. 109.19 feet to the Faint of Beginning.
