APPROVING FINAL PIAN FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FRONTAGE IDCATED ON
SAN FELIPE ROAD; DEVElOPER, ABOOIAHAD AFSHARI AND MAHVASH !3EHÐ:JOD;
AUIHORIZillG THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN '!HE
FINAL PIAN; AND AUIHORIZillG EXEaJTION OF AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval of
the final plan for the ing;>rovement of street frontage located on San
Felipe Road by Abdolahad Afshari and Mahvash Behbood; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the constzuction of streets, curl:Js, gutters and sidewalks,
and for other ing;>rovements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and
deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the
faithful perfomance of said work and the canying out of said agreement;
and said plan, agreement and bonds having been approved by the City
Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final plan for the
ing;>rovement of street frontage on San Felipe Road be and the same is,
hereby, approved; and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
final plan; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the city of
CUpertino.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 18th day of August , 1986 by the following
vote:
