The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairwoman Mann who led the
pledge of allegiance.
ROLL CALL:
Present Members: Chapman, Miller, Nobel, Criairwrmran Nobel
Absent Members: Jackson
Staff Present: Randy Tsuda, Planner I.
ITEM 1) APPLICATION ASAC 51,697.1 - AL STAKE:
Requesting approval of architectural and site design for a
proposed single-family detached home, as required by tentative map
conditions. Located on the north side of Barnhart Place,
approximately 200 feet west of Primrose Way. Formerly the Hoover
School site.
DISCUSSION:
Member Chapman expressed concern regarding the existing trees on
the site. Staff explained that tree protection or removal would
be addressed at the building permit level.
DECISION:
BY A VOTE OF 4-0, THE CTTEE APPROVED APPLICATION ASAC 51,697.1
PER FINDINGS CONTAINED WITHIN RESOLUTION 1263.

Staff presented a model minute order as directed by the Committee.

Informal review of entryway color change for 10455 Bandley Drive.
Located on the west side of Bandley Drive, approximately 700 feet
south of Mariani Avenue.
DISCUSSION:
Staff presented the proposed color change. The applicant proposed
to change the entryway color from tan to white.
By consensus, the Ccmittee found the change acceptable.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Member Chapman discussed Apple Ccuters. He had received information
that Apple was considering relocating frcan Cupertino, in part because they
feel the ccmtrnunity is not supportive of the cxaipany. Member Nobel agreed
with Member Chapman's concern.
It was announced that Member Jackson was ill and would not be attending
meetings until May 11, 1987. Chainxanan Mann appointed Member Chapman as
acting Chairman in the absence of Vice -Chairwoman Jackson and Chairwoman
Mann.
Having concluded its business, the Architectural and Site Approval
Cariunittee adjourned at 8:45 PM to April 13, 1987 at 7:00 PM in Conference
Room 160 - 170 of Temporary City Hall at 10430 S. De Anza Boulevard.
