Several members expressed concern that approval of a larger letter size would establish a precedent. Member Young Gong cartmented on the importance of maintaining consistency throughout the center. He pointed out the facia was split into two horizontally. He felt 18 inch letters scaled correctly on the facia. The Committee discussed the difficulty of visualizing the requested sign, particularly in regards to its relationship to the rest of the center.
