RESOLUTION NO. 2776 (MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE DELETION OF STANDARD AND SPECIAL
CONDITION OF APPROVAL REQUIRING IMPLEMENTATION OF
THE SOUTH DE ANZA STREETSCAPE STANDARDS IN THE CASE
OF USE PERMIT APPLICATION 7-U-86.
The Planning Commission has determined that the Conditions of Approval
requiring street and streetscape improvements would impose an inordinate
economic burden on the applicant due to the small (1,500 sq. ft.) scale of
the project.
PASSED AND ADOPIEED this 10th day of March, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Claudy, MacKenzie, Sorensen, and Chairman
Szabo
