The City of Cupertino will consider making minor changes and corrections to its Land Use and Zoning Maps. These changes correct inconsistencies
between the City's records and the map designations. There will be no changes to the existing allowed uses and development rights and regulations of
the impacted properties as part of these corrections. (Parcels: 326-49-034, 035 ; 357-07-029 ; 357-06-014, 019 ; 326-27-030 ; 342-62-003, 002, 006 ; 326-17-
061 ; 359-29-043 ; 326-06-037 ; 326-08-081, 091; 326-09-042 ; 326-10-021 ; 316-02-102 ; 316-43-007 ; 316-32-046 ; 316-20-024 ; 342-48-999 ; 316-20-053, 342-52 -

The Planning Commission heard the proposed updates on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 6:45 pm at 10350 Torre Avenue
The project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental SAVE THE DATE
Quality Act (CEQA) as there is no potential for this action to cause a significant effect on the
environment (CEQA Guidelines § 15061(b)(3)).
