I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

DP-2016.02, ASA-2016.15, EXC-2017-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting on
Tuesday, June 20, 2017, the Cupertino City
Council will conduct a public hearing to con-
sider:
1. Application No.(5)DP-2016.02, ASA-2016-15,
EXC-2017.03
Applicant: Kathy Robinson (Charities Housing)
Location: 19160 Stevens Creek Boulevard
Development Permit to consider allowing the
construction of a 19 unit affordable senior
housing development at a vacant lot; Architec-
tural and Site approval to allow the construc-
tion of a proposed 19 unit affordable senior
housing development and associated parking
and landscape improvements at a vacant lot;
Heart of the City Exception to allow 100% of
the building frontage along Stevens Creek Bou-
levard to be non -retail uses. Environmental
Recommendation: Exempt from CEQA under
Public Resources Code Sections 21159.21 (Ex-
emption for Qualified Housing) and 21159.23
(Exemption for Affordable Low Income Hous-
ing), and CEOA Guidelines Sections 15192
Residential Infill Projects), and 15194 (Afforda-
ble Housing Exemption) of Title 14 of the Cali-
fornia Code of Regulations. At its regular meet-
ing on May 23, 2017. the City of Cupertino's
Planning Commission voted 5.0 to approve the
development applications according to Reso-
lutions 6829, 6830 and 6831.

ing described in this notice, or in written corre-
spondence delivered to the City of Cupertino
City Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.
