I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
BICYCLE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
IMPLEMENTATION
PROPOSED CLASS III BICYCLE BOULEVARDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of
Cupertino will hold a public meeting on Satur-
day May 6, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 P.m. in
the Guided Learning Center at Collins Elemen-
tary School (10300 N Blaney Ave) to solicit pub-
lic input regarding the City's proposed Class III
bicycle boulevard routes and design. This will
be the first public meeting for this project and
is part of the City's implementation of the 2016
Bicycle Transportation Plan.
The meeting will feature a series of presenta-
tions on the several proposed bicycle boule-
vard routes within the 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
window. Please visit www.cupertino.org for
the presentation schedule.
