I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is

Professional Services For Apple Campus 2
Transportation Demand Management
('TOM") Monitoring Program For
City of Cupertino
The City seeks the services of a qualified con-
sultant for the preparation and execution of a
TDM Monitoring Program focused around the
Apple Campus 2 project As identified in the
Apple Campus 2 Project Environmental Impact
Report, Apple committed to reducing the
amount of traffic generated by its develop-
ment and is required to implement several
TDM measures. A monitoring program is re-
quired to ensure that the TDM measures are
implemented and the required trip reduction is
achieved. The TDM monitoring program will
start 6 months after initial occupancy (current-
ly anticipated for April 2017) and will continue
over the life of the project. The consultant will
develop the TDM monitoring program ap-
proach for the life of the project, and collect
data and present the results In a TDM Monitor-
ing Report for the first three (3) years of moni-
toring.
