The proposed amendments outline the process to allow submittal of an application to restrict the development of homes to a single story. In addition, the City Council may consider amendment of the fee schedule. (Application No.: MCA- 2017-02) The City Council will consider these amendments on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 6:45 pm at 10350 Torre Avenue. The tentative date for a second reading of the ordinance, should amendments be adopted, is May 2, 2017. Any interested person may attend the meetings and provide comments.
