I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

NON -POINT SOURCE CONTROL
STORM WATER DRAINAGE MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, April 18, 2017, the Cupertino City
Council will review the amount of revenue pro-
duced by the storm drainage service charge
and the estimated cost of the City's Non -Point
Source Control and Storm Water Management
Program (flood control and creek pollution
prevention). The report will contain a descrip-
tion of each parcel receiving the benefit of the
storm drainage system, and the amount of the
storm drainage servicharges for each prem-
ises for the forthcomiceng fiscal year. At the
time stated below, the City Council shall hear
and consider all objections or protests, if any,
to the report referred to in this notice. Upon
the conclusion of the hearing, the City Council
may adopt, revise, change, reduce, or modify
any charge or overrule any orall objections
and shall make its determination upon each
charge as described in the report, which deter-
mination shall be final. A copy of the report is
on file in the City Clerk's office and is available
for public review. Council meets at 6:45 p.m.,
Community Hall Council Chamber, 10350 Torre
Avenue, Cupertino, California. Interested par-
ties are invited to attend and be heard. If you
wish to challenge the City Council's action in
court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the pub-
lic hearing described in this notice, or in writ-
ten correspondence delivered to the City of
Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to, the public
