I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PLANNING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR
BICYCLE WAYFINDING SIGNAGE PROGRAM
FOR CITY OF CUPERTINO
The City seeks the services of a qualified con-
sultant to develop a Bicycle Wayfinding
Signage Program. In May 2016, the Cupertino
City Council adopted the 2016 Bicycle Trans-
portation Plan. The Bicycle Transportation
Plan identifies the development of a Bicycle
Wayfinding SignageProgram to support and
i promote bicycling n Cupertino. The Bicycle
Wayfinding Signage Program will development
a comprehensive guideline including, but not
limited to: consistent sign design, placement,
and and recognizable branding,
and destinations including, but not limited to,
schools, parking, regional trails, landmarks,
buildings.
Interested firms should obtain a full copy of
the RFP from the City's web site at
