In May 2016, the Cupertino City Council adopted the 2016 Bicycle Trans- portation Plan. The Bicycle Transportation Plan identifies the development of a Bicycle Wayfinding SignageProgram to support and i promote bicycling n Cupertino. The Bicycle Wayfinding Signage Program will development a comprehensive guideline including, but not limited to: consistent sign design, placement, and and recognizable branding, and destinations including, but not limited to, schools, parking, regional trails, landmarks, buildings.
