SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO.17-2169
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, December 19, 2017, the Cupertino
City Council conducted the second reading of
Ordinance No. 17-2169: "An Ordinance of the
City Council of the City of Cupertino adding
Chapter 10.84 titled "Medicinal and Adult Use
of Marijuana" to Title 10 of the Cupertino Mu-
nicipal Code; amending Section 19.08.030 to re-
peal De'nitlons related to Marijuana; and
amending Chapter 19.98 to reference the newly
adopted
Ordinance." Ayes: Paul, Chang, Scharf, and
Sinks. Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent:
Vaidhyanathan. This ordinance was enacted
and will go into effect thirty (30) days from
that date. A complete copy is posted in the Of-
fice of the City Clerk. If you wish to challenge
the action of the City Council in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing de-
scribed in this notice, or in written correspond-
ence delivered to the City of Cupertino City
Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.
