I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cupertino
City Council will conduct a public hearing to
consider a revised proposal to demolish an ex-
isting-71,254 sq.ft. commercial shopping cen-
ter and construct a mixed -use development at
the Oaks Shopping Center site. The proposal
requires City Council authorization before pro-
ceeding as a formal General Plan Amendment
application. (Application No.(s): GPAAuth-
2017-02; Applicant: KT Urban (Mark Tersini);

The revisions are summarized as follows:
1) A reduction in height of the proposed office
building from 88feet to 65 feet;
2) An increase of senior affordable units from
40 to 50 units, and a reduction of senior
unrestricted units from 30 to 20 units (addi-
tional 5% in the extremely low Income catego-
3))The elimination of -Alternative 1" (mixed -
used residential option)
The site plan components have not changed
and include a 27,500 sqft movie theater,
42,000 sqft ground floor retail -commercial
space, a 4,000 sq.ft. community center, transit
center, three levels of underground parking,
