publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara
State of California.

circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.

Cupertino residents are encouraged to apply
for positions on City commissions that will have
vacancies in January of 2018. The application
deadline is 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018.
Council will conduct interviews beginning at
5:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. January 22 and 23
for these groups: Fine Arts Commission; Housing
Commission; Parks and Recreation Commission;
Public Safety Commission; and Sustainability
Commission.
