WCOND READING ORDINANCE NO.17-2168
VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
ruesday, October 3, 2017, the Cupertino City
,ouncil conducted the second reading of Ordi-
iance No.17-2168: "An Ordinance of the City
'ouncil of the City of Cupertino adding
'hapter 14.02 to the Cupertino Municipal Code
to Adopt and Implement the City's Transporta-
tion Impact Fee Program". Ayes:
Vaidhyanathan, Paul, Chang, Scharf, and Sinks.
Noes: None. Abstain: None. Absent: None".
This ordinance was enacted and will go into
effect thirty (30) days from that date. A com-
plete copy is posted in the Office of the City
Clerk. If you wish to challenge the action of the
City Council in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Cupertino City Hall at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
