PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION
PROPOSED CITY•wIDE TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE
PROGRAM AND NEXUS STUDY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. at the
Cupertino Community Hall (10350 Torre Ave-
nue), the Cupertino City Council will hold a
Public hearing to consider adoption of the City
of Cupertino Transportation Impact Fee Nexus
Study, which provides the City with the neces-
sary technical documentation to support the
adoption of a new Citywide Transportation Im-
pact Fee (TIF) Program. The City has commit-
ted to preparing and implementing a TIF Pro-
gram to guarantee funding for roadway infra-
structure improvements that are necessary to
mitigate traffic impacts from future private de-
velopment projects. This public hearing will
adopt a resolution that will guide the develop-
ment of an ordinance which will address the
implementation and administration of the TIF.
