Dated: August. 4, 2017 Public Notice Advertising Clerk Legal No. 0006000324 CITY OF CUPERTINO PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION PROPOSED CITY•wIDE TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE PROGRAM AND NEXUS STUDY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. at the Cupertino Community Hall (10350 Torre Ave- nue), the Cupertino City Council will hold a Public hearing to consider adoption of the City of Cupertino Transportation Impact Fee Nexus Study, which provides the City with the neces- sary technical documentation to support the adoption of a new Citywide Transportation Im- pact Fee (TIF) Program. The City has commit- ted to preparing and implementing a TIF Pro- gram to guarantee funding for roadway infra- structure improvements that are necessary to mitigate traffic impacts from future private de- velopment projects. This public hearing will adopt a resolution that will guide the develop- ment of an ordinance which will address the implementation and administration of the TIF.
