NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
ADOPTION OF TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE
AND AMENDMENTS TO THE FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that the City of
Cupertino will consider amending the 2017-18
Fee Schedule, Schedule B-Engineering to in-
clude the Transportation Impact Fee (TIF). The
TIF is a one-time charge on new development
and redevelopment paid by builders and/or
developers of private buildings. The General
Plan adopted on December 4, 2014, specifically
identifies the need to implement a TIF to fund
needed transportation improvements neces-
sary to accommodate and mitigate the im-
pacts of future development in the City. The
City Council will hear the proposed legislation
and amendments on Tuesday, September 19,
2017 at 6:45 pm at 10350 Torre Avenue. The
agenda for the application will be available on
the Friday preceding the meeting. If you have
any questions, please contact the Public

traffic_engrs.@cupertmo.org. The agenda may
be subject to change. Please call to verify that
