Hearing Date: September 19, 2017 Time: 6:45 p.m. Location: Council Chambers, Cupertino Community Hall 10350 Torre Avenue, Cupertino CA On October 18, 2016. the City Council adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 16.2153 to impose a moratorium on certain non -medical marijuana commercial activities, consistent with state law. On November 15, 2016, the Council extend- ed the moratorium for 10 months and 15 days, through September 30, 2017, pursuant to Ordi- nance No. 16-2160. The proposed ordinance will extend the City's interim moratorium and current prohibitions on non -medical marijuana dispensaries, Mark �uana cultivation facilities, commercial canna- is activities, and marijuana transport and de- liveries for one additional year.
