I am a citizen of the United States. I am over the age of eighteen
years and I am not a party to or interested in the above entitled
matter. I am the Legal Advertising Clerk of the printer and
publisher of the Cupertino Courier, a newspaper published in the
English language in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
I declare that the Cupertino Courier is a newspaper of general
circulation as defined by the laws of the State of California as
determined by court decree dated November 13, 1956, Case
Number 100637. Said decree states that the Cupertino Courier is
adjudged to be a newspaper of general circulation for the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and State of California. Said
order has not been revoked.
I declare that the notice, of which the annexed is a printed copy,
has been published in each regular and entire issue of said
newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following

The City of Cupertino hereby gives notice that
it will accept Bids for construction of the fol-
lowing public work:
CITY PROJECT NUMBER 74,366.08A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION AT
S. DE ANZA BOULEVARD
AND RODRIGUES AVENUE PROJECT
Work generally consists of modifying the ex-
isting traffic signal at the S. De Anza Boulevard
and Rodrigues Avenue intersection to accom-
modate an 8-phase traffic signal operation.
Modifications include, but are not limited to
removing and/or relocating existing traffic sig-
nal equipment and roadway signs; furnishing
and installing hardware; and installing related
striping, signing, curb & gutter, and pavement
work.

the Project Manual from the City's website at:

Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tues-
day, January t , 2017 in the City Clerk's Office
at the Cupertino City Hall, located at 10300
Torre Avenue. Bids will be publicly read at
2:10 p.m. in City Hall, Conference Room C.
